ChitiShield started because we watched too many good companies fall behind on DPDP and GDPR — not from negligence, but because compliance tooling hasn't caught up to how fast regulation moves.
The problem
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act reshapes how every company handling personal data must operate. Most teams either pay consultants for reports that are stale within a quarter, or put compliance off entirely and hope for the best. Neither is sustainable once enforcement begins.
What we’re building
ChitiShield is a continuously running compliance engine: it reads your actual policies, maps every clause against DPDP and GDPR requirements, tells you exactly what’s missing, and drafts the fix. The goal is to compress a process that used to take months into something your team can run in an afternoon — and keep running as regulations and your product evolve.
